Good mental health helps us enjoy our life. Women with PCOS may have increased depression and anxiety. The symptoms associated with having PCOS and the hormonal fluctuations can cause mood swings and increase stress. It is important to keep an eye on any changes in your condition. If you feel like you may have a problem, do seek help. Mental ill health is nothing to be ashamed of and talking about it can really help. If you are the loved one of someone with PCOS, encourage them to talk about it.
