The campaign aims to end the culture of shame and stigma surrounding gynae health. PCOS is associated with an increased risk of Endometrial Cancer or Womb Cancer as it is more commonly known. Endometrial cancer is the most common gynaecological malignancy and having PCOS convers a 9% lifetime risk of developing it. Furthermore, approximately a third of all endometrial cancers are attributable to having obesity (Njoku et al., 2019).
