I was chatting with a good friend about the amount of judgement and weight stigma in our society. He mentioned that I’d like the song by Kacy Musgrove that mentions being "just fat". Of course, I had to seek it out and investigate a bit more. Turns out it’s a rather powerful message of self-acceptance. I like the idea of “following your arrow, wherever it points”.
