Anyone with PCOS is welcome to join the group to connect, share and chat about all things PCOS related - there are no taboos and we are happy to answer any questions you may have! Alternatively you can always follow us on twitter or insta @pcosvitality. We are part of a larger network of inspirational women who aim to banish the stigma associated with womens health and improve our experiences, so if there is something we don't know the answer to....we will be sure to find out.
